We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at All About You, a friendly unisex skin care clinic & beauty salon located in Orpington, Kent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy, including experience in electrical facials, Laser, Waxing, Massage, Nails and other beauty treatments.
Responsibilities:
– Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, Waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other services.
– Ensure that all services are performed to the highest standard, in accordance with industry best practices and the salon’s standards of professionalism and cleanliness.
– Provide excellent customer service to all clients, and ensure that their needs and preferences are met during each visit.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of the salon’s products and services, and make recommendations to clients based on their individual needs.
– Maintain accurate records of all services provided, including client details and treatment notes.
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and attend training sessions and workshops to further develop skills.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a beauty therapist, with a strong background in facials, Waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty treatments.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
– Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for the beauty industry.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
– Certification in beauty therapy or esthetics required.
– Prior experience in a salon or spa setting preferred.
