I’ve been teaching and working as a holistic practitioner for more years than I probably care to count (let’s just say I’ve collected plenty of experience along the way!).

My approach is relaxed, down to earth, and completely free of judgement. I believe wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated or serious all the time. Sometimes the most powerful healing happens when we simply allow ourselves to slow down, breathe, and maybe even have a little laugh.

Whether you’re joining me for Breathwork, a Sound Bowl Massage, or a Sound Bath, you’ll find a welcoming space where you can leave the outside world at the door, take a deep breath, and give yourself permission to simply be.

Foundational Breathwork

As a CPCAB-qualified Breathwork practitioner teaching Foundational Breathwork, I help people discover just how powerful their breath can be.

It’s something we all do every day (thankfully!), but few of us realise how consciously working with the breath can help calm the mind, release tension, and bring us back to ourselves.

Breathwork may help you:

Every one-to-one session is tailored to you. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and definitely no need to be “good” at breathing—we’re all experts at that already!
